Standards In Action Workshop

Attached is the information about the Standards in Action Workshop on the 11 November 2011. Date: 11 November 2011 Venue: Protea Hotel Centurion Time: 09H00-16H10 South Africa will host ISO/TC 211, Geographic information/Geomatics in Centurion, from Sunday 13 to Friday 18 November 2011. Taking the opportunity to derive maximum benefit from this for the South African Geo-Informatics Community, GISSA Gauteng and National Spatial Information Framework (NSIF) are hosting a “Standards in Action” Workshop on 11 November 2011. We invite you to attend this workshop and learn from different organisations how they have implemented ISO/TC211 Standards in different Geographic information/Geomatics projects, both in South Africa and Internationally.
