Can I still apply for registration through the grandfather clause?
Unfortunately not. The Grandfather Clause was opened twice already. The second opening was already a miracle. The chances of the grandfather clause re- opening is very slim if not zero.

I was not approved for the category I applied for because I did not had enough experience. I do have that experience now, can I upgrade?
Unfortunately not. The grandfather clause was designed for people with a certain amount of experience on a certain date. It is not open forever.
